Today Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions launched today LegalCollaborator, an innovative new legal engagement and competitive bidding software designed to help corporate legal departments capture early law firm engagement information.
The integration of Legal Collaborator with ELM Solutions’ TyMetrix 360° and Passport platforms will help users to glean competitive pricing insights while also empowering the enforcement of pricing agreements for full cost management and vendor transparency.
