New positioning and tagline emphasize company’s key differentiators

ZyLAB, leading provider of eDiscovery and Information Risk Management solutions, today announced that it has changed its tagline from eDiscovery & Information Management to eDiscovery & Information Risk Management. With the adoption of this new tagline ZyLAB expresses the company’s focus on eDiscovery, long-term Enterprise Information Archiving (EIA) and Information Governance (IG), data risk management and defensible deletion.

Industry analyst Gartner predicts in its ‘Magic Quadrant for E-Discovery’ that was published in June, double-digit growth for the global eDiscovery market over the next few years. This will also lead to accelerated growth in the fields of Information Governance (IG) and Information Risk Management. As eDiscovery needs increase, there is an increased need for information risk management to prevent expensive and risky reactive eDiscovery investigations as much as possible. 

The new tagline reflects exactly this growing trend with ZyLAB’s active and potential customers who are looking at information governance programs as a longer-term solution to the challenges of frequent litigation and regulatory investigations.
