NetDocuments, the #1 trusted cloud platform for law firms, corporate legal teams and business organisations, today announced that Italian firm RP Legal & Tax Associazione Professionale (RPLT) has selected NetDocuments as its preferred document management system (DMS).
By moving its DMS to the cloud with NetDocuments, RPLT aims to enhance employee productivity and client service.
RPLT is a top 15 independent law and accountancy firm established after the merger of RP Legal & Tax and Legalitax in 2023. The company now boasts over 200 lawyers and accountants, covering 25 practice areas across five international desks. Following the merger, RPLT was looking to transition to a cloud-based and user-friendly DMS.
After conducting a thorough market assessment and a recommendation from implementation partner CRS Group, RPLT chose NetDocuments because it is built for the cloud, easy-to-use, and offers the highest levels of information assurance. NetDocuments will provide RPLT with a single source of truth for all documents, allowing employees to securely access files from any device or location. With NetDocuments ndMail integrated into Microsoft Outlook, RPLT’s lawyers and accountants will also benefit from intelligent email filing and search, which will further enhance their day-to-day productivity.
