Lexpo, the premier Continental European event for legal innovation and technology, is delighted to announce one of its key themes for Lexpo’25: “Making Change Happen: Strategic Alignment and Best Practices in Change Management.” This theme will be a focal point of the upcoming conference, set to take place on 16th and 17th June in Amsterdam, as it addresses the challenges of navigating technological and organisational transformation in the legal sector.
As the legal industry undergoes rapid evolution, Lexpo’25 will explore how law firms and in-house legal departments can strategically align technology initiatives with organisational goals while managing the human and operational aspects of change. The conference will also examine other critical areas shaping the future of legal innovation and operations.
