PSA Solutions, a leading digitalisation partner for law firms and corporate legal departments across Northern Europe, has been acquired by Norvestor, marking a strategic move to build a dominant force in the rapidly evolving European legal technology market.
With the legal tech sector experiencing unprecedented momentum—propelled by AI adoption, automation, and increasing demands for operational efficiency—this partnership aims to capitalise on growth opportunities across the Nordics and the rest of Europe. PSA’s strong position in the Nordics, combined with Norvestor’s experience in scaling high-potential companies, sets the stage for such continued expansion in key markets.
PSA develops, offers, and implements mission-critical proprietary and third-party Software as a Service (“SaaS”) solutions for top-tier law firms, corporate legal departments, and other professional services organisations. PSA is recognised as one of Europe’s leading iManage partners, with a long-standing track record of delivering document and knowledge management solutions to law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organisations. At the core of its offering is Custodian, PSA’s proprietary flagship Integration-as-a-Service platform, which enables secure, scalable integration between iManage, ERP/PMS systems, and other applications and services—empowering legal teams to streamline operations and accelerate digital transformation.
The acquisition ensures PSA’s existing customers gain an even stronger and more capable strategic partner—with greater capacity for innovation, extended service coverage, and long-term investment in the technologies and platforms that matter most to legal firms and corporate legal departments.

Following the acquisition, Norvestor will become the largest shareholder in PSA, followed by PSA's management and key employees. All the previous employee-owners have reinvested into the new partnership.
The transaction is in line with Norvestor’s focus on acquiring and scaling outstanding mid-market companies in the Nordic region. The transaction was closed on 30 April 2025.
