AdvoLogix®, a leading provider of cloud-based law practice and legal matter management solutions, today announced the summer 2018 release of AdvoLogix Matter Management.
This release extends the customizable matter lifecycle management platform to give users unprecedented views into their case and matter information, which they can use to make instant decisions. It also supports: robust client and legal issue intake; new information-rich, actionable calendars; task, and activity visualizations; and significant upgrades to legal project management capabilities.
“Our Matter Calendar and Timeline enhancements allow users to easily gain insight into what matters most to them. The new user experience intuitively displays critical information within a highly actionable workflow environment. These enhancements will directly improve efficiency and provide more favorable outcomes for business processes,” said Steve Stockstill, AdvoLogix's Vice President of Product Development.
The new intake design system significantly improves accuracy and efficiency in client and matter intake processes. The new intake functionality allows law firms or legal departments to create customized intake forms for their specific use-cases and business processes. Earlier this year, AdvoLogix announced improvements to the conflicts checking process, which also were designed to help law firms and legal departments increase productivity, automate intake processes, and reduce the opportunity for errors.

In addition to the new intake design system, this latest AdvoLogix release offers several other new updates. New calendar and scheduling features allow users to see more data on a single page with fewer clicks, thus improving efficiency. It also has several improvements designed to increase productivity for billing and timekeeping, document management and document assembly. New project management features include more ways to analyze data, and view and manage information like tasks and schedules.
