Foundation Software Group, developer of the first Firm Intelligence platform, announced today that the global law firm, Hogan Lovells, has selected Foundation to capture, search, and leverage their global experience data.
The Foundation Firm Intelligence platform provides the essential knowledge and tools for marketing and business development to compete more effectively and expand existing client relationships.
A top 20 global law firm, Hogan Lovells operates from over 47 offices across six continents. The 2800+ lawyer firm offers extensive experience and insights based on their work in some of the world's most complex legal environments and markets for corporations, financial institutions, and governments.
After a thorough two-phase evaluation process, Hogan selected Foundation to replace a bespoke experience application. Foundation’s flexible and configurable architecture were key decision factors, allowing the Hogan team to follow an agile implementation approach to defining profiling processes and configuring Foundation to meet evolving business needs. A key component of the firm’s relationship management solution, Foundation will be able to integrate with other CRM systems as Hogan continues to execute their CRM strategy.
“The goal of the Foundation project is to provide Hogan Lovells the ability to promote the full extent of our services, significantly improving our opportunities to grow our business and cross-sell our services,” noted Ash Banerjee, Global Chief Information Officer & Chief Administration Officer for the Americas. “Foundation will improve our ability to capture, store, track, and search our global experience via a single system, helping to support our 2019 goal of raising awareness of the firm’s capabilities among our clients’ key decision makers.”
Foundation helps firms leverage their collective work experience and the expertise of their lawyers for competitive advantage. The platform can be easily configured to match specific matter type, practice group, and client segmentation requirements, and keep pace with evolving firm needs with no IT intervention required. AI-enhanced matter profiling, triggered surveys, and defined approval processes continuously enrich a firm’s data so that it is comprehensive, complete, and up-to-date.
