Traveling Coaches, experts in effective learning programs, security awareness and user adoption, has been recognized by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and its member and business partner community as the 2019 Business Partner of the Year.
This award is part of ILTA’s annual Distinguished Peer Awards program and is intended to recognize outstanding achievements in the provision of technology services in the legal environment, extending knowledge and leadership skills to the legal community, and reflecting ILTA’s core values.
Traveling Coaches was voted Business Partner of the Year in recognition of the company’s efforts to address both technological and service needs that help law firm leaders deliver increased value to their people, their firms and their clients. Significant accomplishments from the award’s date range of January 2018 through March 2019 include the launch of the new LegalMind® as a truly modern, comprehensive solution for firmwide learning needs, enhancements to the OnGuard® security awareness program, the release of Packaged Success for small firms, and the company’s work with firms on the successful adoption of Windows 10/Office 2016, Office 365 and new document management systems.

In 2018, 2016 and 2012, Traveling Coaches was selected Innovative Consultant of the Year. In 2013, the company was named Innovative Solution Provider for their development of the OnGuard Security Awareness Program. Gina Buser was also honored in 2012, receiving the Vendor Thought Leader of the Year award.
All 2019 winners were announced and celebrated throughout ILTA’s annual ILTACON conference held in Orlando, Florida August 18-22, 2019.
