LTC4 is delighted to announce the expansion of its family with the addition of three accomplished individuals to its esteemed Board of Directors. Each of them brings a unique blend of expertise and innovation that promises to amplify LTC4's mission of promoting legal technology proficiency and excellence.
They are as follows:
- Siobhan Metcalfe-Poulton: With a decade-long journey in the realm of legal technology training, Siobhan has a keen understanding of legal technology, learning techniques, and learning strategies. Her specialty is technology learning, but she also has an interest in the broader spectrum of digital adoption, recognizing its role as a transformative force in the modern legal landscape. Since 2017, Siobhan has collaborated with LTC4 to issue over 2,000 certificates at her firm. In her capacity as a board member, she will be focusing on enhancing the experiences of LTC4 liaisons.
- Greg Tomlinson: Greg brings over 25 years of experience in information technology and training, with expertise in instructional methods, coaching, and skill development. As the sole trainer at his law firm in the Carolinas, Greg's responsibilities include overseeing all training initiatives, including those for new hires, developing firm-wide materials to meet all technology needs, and introducing the latest software rollouts. Greg has been volunteering on the Certification Pod since 2019, contributing to the workflow and processing of all firm certifications.
- Chloe Parfitt: Chloe has extensive experience working with all organizational levels, creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology in Organizational Design and Change, using tools and techniques from this field to create strategies that support change initiatives focused on people. Chloe has been actively involved with LTC4 since 2018 and, in 2020, as a member of the Board, led the review of the core competencies within multiple categories. She will continue to focus on this area, launching new competencies in 2024.
Together, they are prepared to shape a future where legal technology competence thrives, ensuring a seamless integration of innovation into the legal landscape.
