Henry Piatek, who has more than 30 years of experience supporting leading law firms with their implementation of legal technology solutions such as Elite 3E, document management systems, CRM and other enterprise software, has joined legal technology solutions provider Helm360 as Director of Customer Success.
In this role, Piatek will help Helm360’s clients achieve transformation through their software stack and develop tailored strategies that ensure widespread and effective program adoption, driving maximum value from their investment. Additionally, Piatek will play a key role in fostering and strengthening Helm360's relationships with prominent law firms and in-house legal departments, ensuring continued success and client satisfaction.
“The events over the last four years have accelerated the need for law firms to focus on customer service quality and how they can differentiate from competitors on price, quality and value-add services,” said Bim Dave, executive vice president of Helm360. “Henry brings the skills and expertise required to help law firms find innovative ways to leverage their legal tech software suite and explore AI-related opportunities to manage internal costs, streamline their operations and maximize their value for clients.”
Before joining Helm360, Piatek worked in various roles for Thomson Reuters Elite, including as director of global strategic accounts. He has more than a decade of Elite 3E experience and has helped many of the top 100 global law firms transform their challenging legal technology initiatives into successful long-term implementations. He also led Elite 3E service delivery and client relationships at Elite for the EMEA region.

Outside of his role at Helm360, Piatek loves exploring the English countryside with his labrador and spending time with family. The lifelong Liverpool Football Club fan also enjoys squash, chess and table tennis.
