iManage, the company dedicated to Making Knowledge Work™, will spotlight its newest wave of AI-driven innovation at iManage ConnectLive 2025, its flagship customer conference. The event follows a period of strong growth, driven by rapid adoption of generative AI tools and continued platform investment.

Since January, iManage has welcomed 87 new customers, reaching a total of 4,275 organisations worldwide — including 80% of the AmLaw 100 and 41% of the Fortune 100. Over 75% of customers now rely on iManage Cloud, which achieved 25.3% year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue as of March 2025.

Ask iManage: Embedded AI in Daily Workflows

At the centre of iManage’s innovation is Ask iManage, a secure, AI-powered assistant embedded directly into iManage Work 10. Designed to reduce context switching and enhance productivity, Ask iManage brings generative AI into tools professionals already use.

Recent updates include:

• Smart Guided Actions – Ready-to-use features like “Summarise,” “Overview,” and “Analyse” for fast insights without prompt engineering.
• Chronology Action – Automatically organises events into structured, citation-backed timelines for litigation, due diligence, and more.
• Ask Across – Unified insights from multiple documents, helping legal teams quickly extract and review relevant information.
• Microsoft Word Integration – Use Ask iManage directly in Word to extract, summarise, and analyse without leaving your drafting environment.
• Ask iManage History – Save and revisit previous AI interactions across projects for consistent knowledge use.

These enhancements are shaped by feedback from customers in the Wayfinder programme, a guided rollout initiative that supports iManage Cloud users with onboarding and training.

Building a Smarter Platform for Knowledge Work

These AI capabilities build on iManage’s wider investment in its cloud platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience while maintaining robust governance and security. This includes integrating tools that reduce friction and support responsible AI use — with a strong foundation in well-governed, high-quality data.

One such enhancement is iManage Work OCR, a high-performance, AI-powered optical character recognition tool. Now 25% more accurate, 100x faster, and with 6x more throughput, it enables image-based documents to become fully searchable. Powered by Azure Document Intelligence - Read, this improved OCR is available to all iManage Cloud OCR subscribers at no extra cost.
