Esquire Innovations, Inc., a leading provider of document production and workflow productivity software and services, today announced the release of iDocID 7, a completely new version of its industry-leading document ID software. Flexible enough to work with different document types, iDocID 7 also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems to provide document, user, and global identification standards.
iDocID 7 automates the process of inserting and updating document IDs, while allowing companies to set global standards for all documents or based on specific template types. If appropriate, individual users can be given the ability to set their own preferences as the default configuration for documents they create, providing ultimate flexibility with a minimum of administration. Commenting on the release Ian Kujawa, President of Esquire Innovations, said “Version 7 of iDocID contains cutting edge logistical architecture that gives our customers the flexibility in handling multiple document standards. This version is truly unique because of the simple codeless configuration it allows.” iDocID 7 is designed using Enhanced Native Architecture (ENA), meaning it builds upon the user interface and features of the existing parent software application.
