Offering adds industry-standard multi-media review capabilities into leading eDiscovery Platform

Nexidia, the market-leading provider of audio and video search analytics, today announced that Nexidia technology will be integrated into Symantec’s Clearwell eDiscovery Platform, giving users the ability to review and analyze electronic audio and video files as part of regulatory compliance and litigation discovery matters.

Symantec will use Nexidia’s Search Grid API to integrate Nexidia’s patented phonetic indexing and search technology into its eDiscovery Platform.  Nexidia’s technology is efficient and cost effective for reviewing the large volumes of audio content now being generated within many different enterprises, including voicemails, contact center recordings and trading floor calls.  These capabilities are especially relevant for financial services organizations that must quickly respond to regulatory investigations arising from the Dodd-Frank Act.
