DocuSign Inc. announced that LegalZoom, the nation’s leading provider of online legal solutions for small businesses and families, will be integrating DocuSign Digital Transaction Management into their upcoming mobile app. LegalZoom customers will be able to accelerate contract processing and execution using the company’s new mobile app integrated with DocuSign’s secure, legally binding DTM platform.
