Tiger Eye have released their latest interview titled ‘KM Conversations: Law Firms and Change Management’, featuring a video discussion with Sharon Ford, Change Management Manager at Perkins Coie.
The interview is the most recent addition to Tiger Eye’s KM Conversations series, which centres on knowledge and collaboration in the legal industry, including interviews with a range of knowledge and innovation leaders.

In the interview, Tiger Eye’s Managing Director, Dave Wilson, asked Sharon a range of questions about her position and the ever-critical role of change management within modern law firms. During the video, Sharon highlighted how she supported the firm’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the ways in which she has contributed to key change projects that the firm has undertaken in recent months. The discussion also covered the human side of change, and the importance of communication in all law firm change projects, from technology adoption to new ways of working.
