SynApps by Purple Frog Text drives down costs and allows Pannone to surface knowledge across a range of departments
Manchester law firm Pannone has announced its implementation of SynApps, an Enterprise Information retrieval platform. Designed by innovative new company Purple Frog Text, SynApps offers rapid, scalable and intuitive desktop and mobile search.
Increasing volumes of data, together with changing regulation and issues introduced by legacy systems have presented a number of information retrieval challenges for Pannone.
After reviewing the Enterprise Search market, Pannone selected SynApps due to its scalability, ease of implementation, cross-platform support and bottom-up architecture. The Pannone team was particularly impressed with the intelligent, interactive, intuitive and adaptive search, its mobile capabilities and its user-oriented information organization.
