Former Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP lawyer Katy Fixter joins LexisNexis
LexisNexis UK, a leading provider of content and technology solutions, today announced that Katy Fixter has joined LexisNexis as head of Lexis®PSL built environment.
Fixter has more than 10 years’ experience in property practice. A former Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP lawyer, where she trained and then qualified in 2003, she has covered all aspects of property practice and specialises in commercial real estate. She has wide experience in a broad range of work across industry sectors, including retail, offices, leisure and residential developments. She has particular expertise in pre-lettings of major development schemes, investment acquisitions and disposals and corporate real estate transactions.

Fixter also completed a secondment at BlackRock, acting as in-house lawyer for their UK Property Fund, one of the largest property funds in the UK.
