Doughty Street Chambers, one of the world's largest civil liberties legal practices, has signed a three year contract with Advanced Legal, the market-leading software provider to the barristers sector.
The deal sees the 120-strong chambers with offices in London, Bristol and Manchester replace its InQuisita Law (IQ) software with Meridian Law Connected (MLC), Advanced Legal’s flagship chambers’ management system, following a full market place review.
The move will help the Chambers achieve its key strategic business objective of growing market share delivering high-end advocacy to a broad range of clients and remaining at the cutting edge of developments in law.
MLC brings a range of enhanced capabilities, which will contribute significantly to improving the set’s efficiency and profitability. The system includes enriched financial management and analysis; more detailed case management with the ability to ‘drag and drop’ files; enhanced diary management and improved marketing/CRM functionality.
