Manchester-based legal IT developers Cubia have just completed a major update of their legal E-Signing and document management system eSignDirect, launched in August this year. The primary aim of this update was to speed up and streamline the experience for the user; something which has been firmly accomplished with eSignDirect 2.0. In fact, Cubia state that it is now possible for a client to receive, sign and return their documents in less than 5 minutes.
In reality of course it is advisable for the client to spend time properly reading the documents a solicitor asks them to sign. Although with the time spent on the logistics of document signing now seemingly reduced to a few humble minutes, reading the documents could be the only time-consuming element.
To illustrate the speed of the e-signing process, Cubia have created a short video.
However, Cubia are keen to point out that eSignDirect is not just great for the client. Chris Lea, lead designer elaborates: “We know there is real competition when it comes to e-signing in the legal industry.
