The recent property boom in various parts of the country has meant a welcome return to conveyancing levels not seen since 2007. As a result, senior management teams in firms of solicitors across the country are consequently asking is it time to grow our conveyancing business? London and South East Conveyancers of the Year, Boys & Maughan, have been seeing their workload increase to its highest levels in six years.
