Advanced Legal (Advanced) has today announced that it will launch its new and widely anticipated eSubmissions platform (eSubs) in April 2014. The platform will enable legal firms to easily submit digital data to government agencies as they implement the Digital by Default Service Standard.
The initial release, will allow early adopters to submit data to the Government’s Land Registry and Companies House portals. Integration with additional Governmental portals, including Money Claim Online is scheduled following the completion of the initial launch phase.
The ‘eSubs’ platform is a brand new solution from Advanced Legal, built from the ground up and designed to integrate seamlessly with Government portals using state of the art technology.
The cloud-based platform allows users to enter data and save and validate incomplete submissions before sending them to government agencies. This provides users with the opportunity to review details before they are submitted, reducing the risk of errors.
Building a solution from scratch has allowed Advanced Legal to adopt a fresh development process designed to deliver regular incremental value to customers quickly. Advanced’s development team has built the foundations of the platform in less than four months and will continue to develop and provide access to additional government portals as and when they are launched.
Doug Hargrove, Managing Director Advanced Legal comments: “The development team working on the eSubs platform are building something completely revolutionary, delivering an innovative service layer to clients that goes beyond traditional “software” boundaries. There is already significant interest from our customers who are showing a keen interest in becoming early adopters for this service.
“We predict that eSubs will rapidly become the de facto standard for law firms who need to submit data via existing government and third-party portals and new ones launched in the future.”
