Property law firm JB Leitch has confirmed a further collaboration with software company Linetime Limited to ensure they provide the best service to their clients. The new system, Liberate SE, will allow JB Leitch to capture, manage and report on significantly more data about their legal cases which often involve complex and intricate relationships between landlords, management companies and individual developments.
The new system will enable JB Leitch to deliver more detailed reports for clients and provide a more flexible and client specific case process. The need for the system reflects the company’s growth which has been significant over the last three years with around 16,000 cases being handled per year by the firm.
JB Leitch has worked with Linetime’s system Liberate for five years using the Debtime (Debt Recovery Software) and Practice Management modules. The decision to work with Liberate SE comes after a review of internal processes at JB Leitch following the appointment of Nathan Caley as IT Director. Using the latest .NET and SQL technology to improve functionality, Liberate SE will integrate with Microsoft Office and the firm’s CRM system.
Nathan Caley said: “It’s essential that we provide the best service to our clients by giving them the level of detail they need and an efficient process. We felt the Liberate system could fulfill this and was the best on the market for what we were looking for.”
The system is due to go live in June following an internal process to migrate cases to the new system.
