Bevan Brittan Chooses Rekoop for Time Capturing

Time capture specialist Rekoop has bounced into spring with its second top tier win in a fortnight. Following on from its deal with Harbottle & Lewis, Rekoop has now secured a contract with Bevan Brittan LLP. The leading public services law firm is set to deploy Rekoop to 210 users across its offices in London, Bristol and Birmingham, syncing with its current LexisNexis Axxia PMS. 

The roll-out will comprise Rekoop Desktop, the primary time recording interface; Rekoop Digital Footprint, which monitors activity in the background and helps construct timesheets automatically; Rekoop for mobile, enabling the seamless recording of time on the move; plus full integration with the firm's telephone system for complete call time tracking.

Bevan Brittan's Finance Director Chris Ake explains the drivers behind the project: “We were keen to get a more complete and accurate picture of performance across the firm and we saw the 'anytime, anywhere' data capture capabilities of Rekoop as fundamental to that process. We have a tradition of innovation and the technology available across desktop, mobile and hosted telephony platforms will allow us to usher in a new chapter of progressive working that our markets and clients are demanding. The pilot is certainly showing an appetite for Rekoop, with fee earners across the spectrum very positive in their adoption; the excellent take-up gives us every confidence that time recording will become the key business intelligence tool we want it to be.”
