Virtual Practices fits the bill for Prydis Legal
UK News

Virtual Practices logoThe Virtual Practices (VP) hosted legal software and outsourced cashiering service is proving pivotal to the success of Exeter-based Prydis Legal. Set up as an Alternative Business Structure in 2011, the firm forms part of a trio of professional services offerings which also includes Prydis Accounts and Prydis Wealth.

Prydis Legal practices company and commercial law and also advises on commercial and residential property, plus wills, trusts, probate and succession planning.

“We realised at launch that as a firm we’d require an all-in-one case management system,” says director Andrew Smith.

“Virtual Practices fitted the bill perfectly as it is both effective and low cost, and having a legal cashiering function is also a huge plus. Now we are able to work seamlessly with VP and it has the potential to grow with us as we develop.”

Natalie Jennings, who heads up Virtual Practices, which is a division of legal software supplier Solicitors Own Software, said: “Prydis Legal is another of the new breed of law firms to have emerged in the wake of the Legal Services Act.

“Its business model demands a high degree of agility and flexibility, and Virtual Practices can provide this in abundance.”
