CASEpeer Legal Software announces its new electronic signature functionality powered by HelloSign. Personal injury law firms can now manage contracts, contingency fee agreements, and releases directly from their case management solution.
E-signature functionality gives law firms and clients the freedom to easily and securely sign contracts. CASEpeer is excited to offer users the ability to electronically send, sign, review, and track the status of contracts in conjunction with their other case management features.

Contracts signed using CASEpeer’s e-signature feature will be secure and legally binding. HelloSign is compliant with HIPPA and SOC 2 Type 1, as well as with all major electronic signature laws including ESIGN and UETA. The feature includes reminders, multiple signatories, and custom firm-wide templates.
