Epiq announced today added AI features to EpiqTMX, enhancing the deposition review, case-building, trial preparation, and presentation platform within the Epiq Service Cloud. Law firms and corporate legal departments will now benefit from AI-powered experiences from discovery, with Epiq Discovery, and through trial preparation, with EpiqTMX.
Case Concepts quickly organizes documents and evidence throughout the litigation lifecycle. It uses AI and automation to enable real-time transcript analysis, extracting key facts from extensive testimony and eliminating redundant tasks, like building trial exhibit lists, making deposition designations, and preparing objections, to name a few.
“EpiqTMX Case Concepts accelerates trial preparation as it creates, manages, and shares case narratives and electronic binders for legal proceedings,” said Eric Crawley, Epiq’s SVP of Product Management and Advanced Solutions. “We continue to innovate and add features to EpiqTMX to provide the most comprehensive solution available – today and into the future – which our clients have come to expect from Epiq.”
Through one secure connection, EpiqTMX enables trial and deposition lawyers to build and present their case with linked facts, tags, and annotations. Case Concepts provides five new features supporting the end-to-end litigation journey helping clients achieve outcomes quickly.
EpiqTMX is available in the Epiq Service Cloud and now has enhanced integration with Epiq Discovery, enabling clients to easily pass documents and work product between the two products. Clients access the Epiq Service Cloud using Epiq Access, which eliminates the need to remember multiple accounts and passwords, with single sign-on that integrates with existing client authentication processes and tools.
