St. Louis to serve as third dedicated law firm outsourced user support hub
Intelliteach, a comprehensive provider of business management and IT services to law firms, today announced the company’s latest office expansion, a new St. Louis based outsourced helpdesk facility with 38 dedicated service desk analysts supporting over 250 legal-specific software applications and technologies.
The new St. Louis office is Intelliteach’s third dedicated outsourced helpdesk center including the flagship Atlanta office established in 1998 and the London, UK office opened in 2009. Upon securing the new office space in October with a capacity of up to 50 analysts, Intelliteach implemented its tried and true analyst ramp-up program including recruiting, professional development, four weeks of hands-on analyst training by a team of experienced Atlanta-based analysts, and eventual roll-out. The first team of helpdesk analysts has been live and working with Intelliteach law firm clients since March 15th. The overall growth objective includes supporting upward of 12,000 law firm users by year-end 2013.
The St.Louis-based office is fully staffed to handle the same complexity of user support issues as the primary Atlanta office including all legal software support questions, as well as first-level networking issues. Other outsourced helpdesk services include:
