Company experts to speak during two sessions at the 36th annual leading legal industry conference

In addition, Eli Nussbaum, engineering manager of Keno Kozie, will give a presentation on “Microsoft Exchange Server 2013“ – a spotlight session that will give a detailed rundown of key improvements, new features and compelling reasons to migrate to the latest addition to the Exchange Server product line. This session will be held Aug. 20 at 11 a.m. in Roman Ballroom III.
Later that day, at 1:30 p.m., Barry Keno, president of Keno Kozie, will be speaking on a panel titled “Use the Clues in Your Helpdesk Knowledge Base for More Than Whodunit” in Neopolitan Ballrooms I & II. Keno will talk about what information is lurking in your helpdesk knowledge base, paying attention to who is minding the content, using your knowledge base to sleuth out trending issues or problems with training initiatives, looking at what else can be discovered and more.
