D4 Continues National Expansion with the Acquisition of Omaha Legal Services

D4, LLC, a national provider of eDiscovery, digital investigations, information management and security solutions to law firms and corporations, announced today its further expansion in Nebraska and the country’s heartland with the acquisition of Omaha-based Omaha Legal Services, Inc.

“The addition of Omaha Legal Services and their experienced staff continues D4’s national growth and gives us additional resources to service our Omaha and Lincoln customers,” said John Holland, president, founder and CEO of D4. “Omaha Legal Services is a full service discovery company and allows us to expand our end-to-end discovery services to area law firms and corporate legal departments. With this acquisition D4 expands its resources in Nebraska, while investing in and growing the practice that Sam Delsenno and his team have created. Omaha Legal Services is a full service litigation support company offering: scanning, copying/printing, electronic discovery, trial support and online hosting document review tools to law firms and corporate legal departments. Becoming a part of the D4 family strengthens the company’s ability to better serve law firm and corporate clients in Nebraska, while expanding D4’s national footprint to support local and national sales and service delivery efforts.
