Clarilis and FromCounsel team up with Arthur Cox LLP to provide an automated M&A suite for the Irish market

Following the successful launch by Clarilis and FromCounsel of an automated private M&A suite to the English market in May 2021, FromCounsel and Clarilis have teamed up with leading Irish law firm Arthur Cox LLP to provide an extensively automated M&A document suite with best-in-class precedents, specifically for the Irish market.

Clarilis, FromCounsel and Arthur Cox LLP will address some of the key challenges faced by corporate teams within Irish law firms by combining:

• Clarilis’ market leading automation platform;
• Irish legal system know-how from Arthur Cox LLP’s corporate team and
• FromCounsel’s best in class expert knowledge and experience of pre-eminent barristers from Erskine Chambers.

Firms using the automation to draft M&A documents will benefit from time savings in the order of 12-14 hours per transaction. Realising those savings and the consequent increase of capacity within Irish corporate teams is crucial at a time when the M&A market in Ireland is booming as referenced in this recent Ernst & Young Report. This product will enable Irish law firms to work efficiently, increasing productivity without sacrificing quality.
