Templafy, a Danish-based company providing a SaaS platform delivering brand governance and productivity across enterprise business communications, has announced a strategic integration partnership with Chicago-based iManage, a leader in transforming how professionals in legal, accounting and financial services get work done by combining the power of artificial intelligence with market leading document and email management.
The partnership with iManage will kick off with a cloud-based document and template management software roll out to a UK Magic Circle firm as their first project.
Through this partnership, iManage and Templafy have created a full service, cloud-based package for enterprise-scale content management and document creation. Law firms can streamline the filing, governance and creation of all documents produced by lawyers and support staff.
Templafy’s integration with iManage will now offer a unique and secure solution to document and template management for large law firms and other organizations struggling with incumbent on-premise solutions. This is the only combined cloud solution to support document management, template management and document automation. For customers, the partnership will simplify the decision-making process for core document workflows and creation.

iManage and Templafy each integrate deeply with Microsoft’s Office applications, Office 365 and digital asset management systems, meaning that the entire document and email ecosystem is now covered by smart, cloud solutions for the enterprise market.

The integration works “out of the box” with only minimal configuration. This ensures that users get a seamless experience from document creation to document filing.
Both companies already have a broad international customer base of blue-chip clients, including Magic Circle firms and prominent global brands from UK, US, APAC and Scandinavian regions. iManage currently has an 80% share of the legal document management market in the US, a market where Templafy plans to dramatically expand its customer base and operations in 2018.
