Litera Microsystems has announced that Litera Desktop, its full document drafting suite, is continuing to replace multiple vendors at firms around the world.
Over the past month, firms totaling more than 5,000 lawyers selected Litera Desktop to replace and consolidate individual point solutions, including Docscorp, Workshare, and The Payne Group.
Avaneesh Marwaha, Litera Microsystems CEO said, “Since the start of this year, our team has been discussing Litera Desktop with law firms around the world. In the last 30 days, many of these have selected it for firm-wide deployment. In May alone, this represents more than 5,000 lawyers that will gain access to their full drafting technology suite through a single interface. Firms are replacing three to five vendors, improving their workflow, increasing profitability, and increasing the quality of work they produce for their most important clients.”
Litera Desktop is Litera Microsystems full drafting technology suite, accessible in a single interface within Microsoft Word. The solution enables lawyers to access all their firm’s drafting technology from a single toolbar within their workflow, removing the need to switch between various systems.
Tony Draksic, Chief Information Officer for Goldberg Segalla said, “Due to our rapid growth and our focus on technology, we’ve been looking at implementing several new products in different areas of our practice. It became apparent that with Litera Microsystems, we could have the benefit of using best-of-breed products, as well as a single, forward-thinking supplier. This greatly simplifies the management of our legal technology, while delivering the innovative tools our lawyers need to serve our clients.”
