Consilio and Advanced Discovery, both global leaders in eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, have announced that the go-forward name for the combined organization will be “Consilio”.
The company is standardizing its communications to the name in the immediate term and will feature a brand relaunch in the fourth quarter of 2018.
“Both companies have a proud history of providing excellent services and innovative solutions to clients as evidenced by our growth and best-in-market Net Promoter Scores,” said Andy Macdonald, chief executive officer of Consilio. “Our clients can continue to expect the same great service experience they’ve come to know and appreciate, from the same dedicated professionals – but now under the unified brand, Consilio.”
The companies completed the merger transaction on April 17th – forming one global entity. With over 2,500 employees and operations in 11 countries, Consilio can serve matters of any scale or complexity anywhere in the world.
