BigHand announce the return of their Annual User Conference in October 2018

BigHand announce the launch of their 13th Annual User Conference, taking place in London on the 4th of October, 2018. This year is an especially exciting year as BigHand welcomes a host of new BigHand clients, all of whom became part of the BigHand family with the acquisition of DW Reporting earlier this year.

The event, which is free to attend, is a fantastic opportunity for BigHand clients to hear what’s happening in the market, the trends identified, and to hear first-hand how other firms are using BigHand technology with real-life case studies from a number of clients.

The theme of this year’s event is “The road to Operational Excellence”, born as a result of listening to clients who are actively seeking assistance, through both technology and advice, to support their on-going change agenda, and to help them in their quest to deliver ‘more for less’ with financial and operational gains.

With this in mind, the agenda will address where BigHand clients are on their journey to operational efficiency, sharing insight from others already further along the road, the challenges faced and the best tools for enhancing productivity across our Voice, Delegate and Improve product suites.

The conference which is sponsored by Philips and Olympus, is a free-to-attend full day event followed by a champagne reception in the evening.
