Mobile Helix, the makers of the LINK encrypted app for lawyers, will demonstrate their new 3.5 version of the LINK app at ILTACON in booth 930, at the Gaylord National Hotel, MD, August 19-23, 2018.
“LINK 3.5 is a significant step forward in empowering lawyers to review, edit, and share work product from their ever-present mobile devices,” Seth Hallem, CEO and Co-founder of Mobile Helix. “Legal content is highly sensitive and its protection is increasingly critical. In our 3.5 release, LINK enables lawyers to compare documents, quickly find all changes in a document, markup and comment on those changes, then share them via email or DMS. All of this capability is delivered within the Link container, ensuring that documents remain secured at all times.”
LINK features a unique integration of DMS and Outlook making it simple to open an email attachment, compare and modify the document, and email the new version. LINK is integrated with iManage Work®, NetDocuments® DMS, OneDrive, network file shares, SharePoint, and the MS Office apps.
What’s new in LINK 3.5
LINK is a secure container app which encrypts and manages proprietary law firm data, while providing an easy single-app experience for lawyers. Lawyers work with DMS, Outlook, SharePoint, the firm portal, and web applications with one sign-in. Firm data is always encrypted, at-rest with AES-256, and in-motion with TLS over HTTPS. The LINK app may be remotely wiped. LINK 3.5 offers optional integration with Azure AD Information Rights Management to protect document rights. Android support is slated for late 2018.
