Alphaserve Technologies, a global leader of digital technology services including AI/machine learning, application development and security, announces the introduction of its latest offering for the legal community: automation as a service.
The company’s new service is the latest addition to its suite of emerging digital technologies.
Alphaserve offers comprehensive automation as a service, including:
Alphaserve’s approach to automation as a service begins with process discovery. Using patented technology that runs in the background on user endpoints, data is collected to gain insight into how business applications are used throughout the firm to perform daily tasks. Intelligent analytics then evaluate that data to identify candidates for process automation and calculate the time and money that could be saved by automating those functions.
Beyond identifying processes and making recommendations, Alphaserve will generate workflows that make the development and deployment of automation easy, fast and efficient. By starting with process discovery, Alphaserve gains full visibility into a firm’s business processes to identify opportunities for automation and then implements those that will yield the most meaningful ROI. The company uses the same approach to deliver AI services to law firms, in which Alphaserve begins with an ideation session and a proof of concept, from which a solution is then designed, built and maintained.
“Rather than employing automation for the sake of itself, we start every project by understanding our clients’ critical business processes, just as we do with our AI services. This allows us to determine what makes sense to automate based on where the firm can most improve productivity or efficiency,” says Arup Das, Alphaserve CEO. “The result is a measurable increase in capacity, providing greater profitability for the firm.”
Automation as a service is the latest of Alphaserve’s digital technology offerings to be introduced for law firms and corporate law departments. Since formally announcing its expansion in the legal market, the company launched data science as a service and legal innovation consulting all within the past year. Alphaserve was recognized this year by the National Law Journal as a legal AI leader, and company CEO Arup Das was recently named ILTA’s Thought Leader of the Year. ILTA recognized Das for his expertise and commitment to sharing his knowledge and insights about critical technologies impacting the legal market, including AI, blockchain and automation.
