Tikit’s support procedures were externally audited to ensure all global support staff were upholding the quality expected by the new ISO standard. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management process. The standard is based on a number of principles including a strong customer focus, leadership and commitment, risk management and continual improvement. This internationally recognised standard is used by Tikit’s Support team to structure Quality Management Procedures.
