Morae Global Corporation, the premier supplier of full-service, technology-enabled, integrated solutions to corporate legal and compliance functions, today announced that it has acquired professional services information management specialist Phoenix Business Solutions.
The deal strengthens Morae Global’s strategic direction and capabilities around artificial intelligence and cloud-based technology and reinforces client and industry requirements to work with a more robust and trusted legal services partnership. “Empowered by the efficiency and flexibility of the cloud and driven by increasing data mobility and advancing regulations such as the GDPR, law firms and law departments are looking to reduce walls and work together for the benefit of the ultimate client,” says Shahzad Bashir, President and CEO of Morae Global. “Helping our clients better collaborate through the use of technology, data and information management serves our core mission of transforming legal and compliance into functions that perform like other business units.”
