Thomson Reuters announced enhancements to HighQ’s intelligent work and client engagement platform, which improve the ability of law firms and corporate customers to efficiently deliver valuable, standardised solutions to clients and business users. Thomson Reuters acquired HighQ in July.
In this latest release, HighQ 5.2 will transform the user experience with the launch of solutions templating, document bundling, improved two-factor authentication and a number of additional updates that allow customers to create standardised, repeatable and portable solutions for their clients using HighQ’s flexible suite of advanced collaboration, workflow and project management capabilities.
Highlights of the HighQ 5.2 update include:
