Infographics, the legal software and Microsoft specialist, today announced the launch of new Microsoft Teams and Office 365 integrations for its FloSuite legal case management and workflow suite.
Secure and seamless user identity management via Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration is also included.
The launch enables tasks and workflows to be executed directly from within Office 365 or the Microsoft Teams app, including desktop and mobile access, or the FloSuite Web client.
The new integrations and Microsoft Teams app can be deployed with any type of configurable FloSuite legal process solution, as well as FloSuite’s range of pre-built, specialist legal applications, including areas such as digital proforma billing – promoting greater collaboration and teamworking.
Key functions include enabling users to receive notifications, search for cases and contacts, and complete tasks within Teams or O365. A FloSuite 'Bot' can also respond to conversational questions and commands, simplifying user training and enhancing the flexibility of ‘user experience’ options.
The Teams app is also optimised for mobile use, so users can interact with FloSuite from anywhere, allowing them to stay connected and have access to the same tasks and functionality from their mobile and tablet devices via Teams – at any time.
The Microsoft AAD identity management, also included, provides seamless and multi-factor authentication options, ensuring access to solutions and interface options is both simple and secure.
