Melinda Ward, a legal tech industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience consulting for global SaaS firms, has joined legal tech solutions provider Helm360 as Managed Services Director.
In this new role, Ward will be responsible for growing and developing Helm360’s onshore and offshore teams to support service delivery for the company’s Managed Services clients. She will also focus on establishing and nurturing existing client relationships for Managed Services.
“Helm360 is growing quickly and we need people who can help build the long-standing, partnership relationships our company is known for in the industry,” said Bim Dave, Executive Vice President at Helm360. “The better we know our clients and their needs, the more efficiently we can serve them. We believe Melinda will help elevate our company to the next level and are thrilled to welcome her on board.”
Before joining the Helm360 team, Ward served in senior consultant management roles for leading software companies, including Thomson Reuters and Intapp. She optimized consulting teams, shaped client digital transformation strategies and helped sales teams close complex and high-value deals.

Outside of her role at Helm360, Ward leads strategy for The Girls Club, a global networking organization designed to empower women leaders.
