Handshake Software, Inc., the award-winning provider of SharePoint-based Intranets, Extranets, Search, Document and Email Management announced today that it has acquired the assets of the OneView business from Thomson Reuters. The acquisition includes the OneView Connect, OneView Search and OneView Extranet products and client contracts associated with those products.
With this acquisition, Handshake Software extends its leadership position in legal market for SharePoint products and services with clients that include nearly 50% of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., over 40% of the top 250 law firms in the U.S. and some of the largest Canadian, U.K. and Australian law firms.
