Logik, the leader in cloud-based eDiscovery, today announced the creation of the Logikcull Customer Referral Program for all Logikcull customers, providing real value, both to those who refer Logikcull as well as to those receiving a referral. The new program and its benefits are available today.
Referrals in the legal industry are extremely common. In fact, referrals are how many lawyers and firms primarily obtain their clients. Friends, family, acquaintances, and existing clients routinely refer people they know looking for legal advice to the attorney or law firm they trust the most. The lawyer gets a new client and added revenue, but the client only gets a new lawyer.
"We looked at the typical legal referral process and wondered if there was a way to improve it for both attorney and client," said Andy Wilson, CEO and co-founder of Logik. "Our customers make referrals to Logikcull all the time, which is great for us. But we thought: why not make it great for them too? And while we're at it, why not extend that great experience to the new customer they've referred? Our solution was to improve the referral process by giving both parties free documents when the new referral signs up for a subscription."
The new referral program is incredibly simple and valuable. When a Logikcull customer refers a new subscription, both customers receive free document credits toward processing and hosting. The bilateral nature of the program is a win-win for both customers. And, if the referring customer can't accept the free document credits, they can simply give their credits to the new customer as an added bonus.
As an example, when a Logikcull customer refers a new Premium subscription they will receive 50,000 document processing credits, equal to $5,000 in document processing costs, just for referring the new customer. And the new customer will also receive 50,000 document processing credits for being referred. As always, document credits never expire and will remain with you for the life of your account.
The newly launched program has no limits. Logikcull customers can refer as often as they want to reap the benefits for doing so.
