HighQ announces the release of HighQ Dataroom 3.1, a major upgrade to the company’s popular high-performance virtual data room solution. The new version includes a responsive design which enables HighQ Dataroom to be accessed from any mobile device.

The revamped, mobile-optimised user interface optimises the data room based on the screen size of the device you are using, whether that is a smartphone, tablet or computer, while maintaining the intuitive design which makes setting up and accessing data rooms quick and easy. In addition, the upgrade also includes new features to enhance the core Files and Q&A modules, along with various other improvements to document navigation, filtering, viewing and downloading.

Some highlights of HighQ Dataroom 3.1 include:

Improved, easier to use interface

• Fully responsive design to optimise the data room to support mobile devices
• Resized folder tree to optimise folder and file navigation
• New filter option to search for folders and files more easily
• Ability to move or delete multiple folders at once
• New consolidated File and Folder action menus

Redesigned Q&A module

• New Q&A Summary report, which shows the latest questions per bidder, latest approved answers, answers open or pending approval
• Supports importing and exporting of questions, answers and summary reports to/from Excel
• Improved filtering of questions per bidder
• Addition of unique question ID and personal group ID numbering
• New option to change question topics
• Enabled filtering by question status

Revamped files module

• Larger files can be viewed much more quickly
• More configuration options for auto-numbering and indexing
• Enhancements to the file preview feature
• New drag and drop multiple file and folder upload support

Updated reporting features

• Page level reporting provides option to track viewer activity
• New report shows the duration users have spent viewing a document
• Enhanced file access list with reports filtering down on views, download and print
