Company Continues to Invest in Research, Innovation, and Support & Services Infrastructure
Frayman Group, a leading provider of business process management, business intake, risk and compliance software for law firms, announced today record growth and customer adoption for its business process management platform and its business intake, conflicts, confidentiality and risk management applications.
With over 110 staff around the world, Frayman Group now serves over 220 firms for their business process and risk management needs, including 38 of Am Law 50 and 63 of Am Law 100 firms, many of them licensing multiple products.
“We are thrilled with our growth to date and continue to make substantial investments into product innovation to deliver on the technology needs for law firms,” said Alp Hug, COO of Frayman Group. “We are also further strengthening our services and support infrastructure to ensure we continue to maintain our highly rated services and turn-around times for issue resolution.”
Demand for business process management platforms is at an all time high as law firms increasingly look for integrated capabilities to manage complex, multi-departmental and operational processes. A comprehensive, full-featured business process management platform allows firms to tackle automation for processes across the entire firm.
“Our goal is to serve our customers with technologies that can be leveraged across the entire firm, delivering the highest return on investment possible,” said Geoff Joynt, Chief Revenue Officer at Frayman Group. “The result of our pragmatic approach is clearly demonstrable in strong customer adoption of our solutions and recognition and high praise from industry analysts.”
Conflicts management and clearance continues to be a critical element of the business intake process at every law firm. Today’s modern, multi-jurisdictional, national and multi-national law firms require the best in conflicts management, combined with a seamless collaborative clearance process that does not require lawyers and partners to master new tools and technologies.
“With over 3 years in development, our initial version of our patented conflicts management and clearance application debuted to wide praise from the law firm community,” said Michael Levin, CTO at Frayman Group. “Since its general availability in April 2012, the adoption of the system in Am Law 100 and 200 firms has been the fastest in the history of any conflicts system.”
“We like Frayman Group not only because of the quality and capabilities of its products, but also because of the firm’s dedication to customer satisfaction,” said Andy Jurczyk, CIO at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. “The company repeatedly demonstrates its ability to listen to its customers’ needs, innovate and deliver sound products to address law firms’ complex problems with best of breed technology.”
“We are very pleased with the positive response to our product portfolio and strong adoption by some of the largest UK and US law firms,” said Yuri Frayman, President & CEO at Frayman Group. “We expect this momentum to continue in 2014 as we announce and ship new products and solutions to better address the needs of our law firm customers.”
Frayman Group is forming a Conflicts User Group in 2014, with membership invitations being extended to firms who have purchased Compliguard Analyze as well as conflicts domain experts in the industry. The user group is designed to take advantage of the social media to crowd-source prioritization of features and future development activity, as well as act as an advisory board to guide the Frayman management team on conflicts related developments.
