During 2013, ContractExpress from Business Integrity continued to dominate the high-end legal document automation marketplace, as it has done continuously since ContractExpress DealBuilder revolutionized document automation by eliminating the need for template programmers.
As evidenced by the stream of competitive wins throughout 2013, ContractExpress is the document automation technology of choice for corporations and law firms. The new ContractExpress customers are located across all the regions in which Business Integrity operates - North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Existing customers expanded their use of ContractExpress. Amongst many examples, Christies, the international fine-art auction house, deployed the first phase of its new ContractExpress for SharePoint powered global sales contract automation application integrated with JDEdwards, and Baker Donelson increased the number of clients it can support with its ContractExpress for SharePoint powered client extranet service.
ContractExpress customers also regularly featured in the press, spoke at conferences, and won awards. Seyfarth Shaw, a leading law firm HQ’ed in Chicago, won the Innovative Law Firm of the Year award at the ILTA annual meeting in August for its Seyfarth Link client extranet utilizing ContractExpress for SharePoint.
