Exterro, Inc., the industry’s only workflow-driven e-discovery software suite provider, today announced the expansion of the company’s management team with the addition of Bill Piwonka as its chief marketing officer. Piwonka is now overseeing all marketing functions for the company and sits on the executive committee.
Fueled by rapid growth and high demand for its process automation software, Exterro has also expanded its sales team with the addition of Bobby Jahanbani as regional vice president of sales, Lawrence McNamara as the director of channel partnerships and new sales executives in the Southeast and Southwest.

Piwonka’s background is firmly rooted in B2B marketing operations. During the past 20 years he has led marketing teams and initiatives spanning strategy, product marketing, product management, demand generation, marketing communications and business development. Prior to joining Exterro, he served as the vice president of marketing at Janrain. Piwonka has also held marketing management positions at EthicsPoint (now NavexGlobal), Centennial Software, Serena Software, Intel and Oracle. He earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a BA in quantitative economics from Stanford University.
