Exceeding the benchmarks for the Microsoft Partner Network, 98% of customer respondents indicated satisfaction with the software and services provided by Microsystems, as well as a willingness to recommend to others.
Nine out of ten respondents expressed satisfaction with the technical competency of Microsystems staff. “We are gratified to see continued high marks for our dedicated services and support staff,” said Christine Vorderer, Vice President and Chief Customer Officer. “Our commitment to providing the best possible software and support to our user base is reflected in these numbers and we will continue to work to exceed customer expectations.”

Satisfaction with Microsystems products and a willingness to recommend have contributed to a growing user community. In the past year, almost 13,000 new users gained the benefits of server-based 3BClean to remove metadata from emailed documents, protecting their firms from risks associated with metadata leakage across all device types, including mobile. EagleEye added over 3000 new users, enabling them to review legal agreements for ambiguity, inconsistency and incompleteness more precisely and up to 90% faster than manual methods.
