Legal IT Professionals, the leading source of independent legal technology news, is organizing a brand new series of virtual round table discussions.  The first session, on Wednesday 28 May will be about Document Management. 
A panel of international experts will debate the future of the traditional on-premise document management systems (DMS), the pros and cons of SharePoint as DMS for law firms and the alternatives in the cloud – and apply their expertise and experience to questions from the audience.

The panel will be:

• Jan Durant – as Director of IT & Operations at Lewis Silkin LLP, Jan is a legal technology pioneer. Lewis Silkin was the first UK top 100 firm to launch a SharePoint-based DMS system.
• Doug Caddell – as CIO of international law firm Foley & Lardner for 13 years, Doug presided over the firm’s transition from on-premise traditional DM to DM in the cloud.
