MiniSoft Inc., the leading provider of revenue management software (ARCS 2G) within the legal industry and Blue Car Technologies, the leading provider in tailored software solutions to professional services organisations in the legal sector, have formed a new partnership. This new partnership will allow ARCS2G clients efficient integration with HP Autonomy WorkSite.
The partnership will provide clients with comprehensive document management by linking stored document information within ARCS 2G, which will then automatically feed into the DMS database.
“We are delighted to partner with Blue Car Technologies,” said Nick Cronjaeger, UK Accounts Manager for MiniSoft. “We believe this integration is a perfect fit for customers that need to marry valuable ARCS2G information into their DMS (Document Management System) in order to have a more comprehensive understanding and access during the entire revenue management cycle.”
“Law firms need access from both systems at any time, to be able to quickly review documents generated, sent and amended. This link will provide that access in an efficient and cost-effective manner.”
“The integration of ARCS2G and HP’s WorkSite is extremely valuable as it enables linked document management efficiency,” said Colin Fowle, Managing Director for Blue Car Technologies. “Using our extensive WorkSite knowledge, we are now able to link these two solutions, thus enabling organisations to implement a more efficient solution for managing documents generated from and by ARCS2G. We have worked closely with MiniSoft to form an initial release for early adopters of this new solution.
As a HP Information Management Alliance Partner we can continue to support and maintain this integration as part of our ongoing support contract”.
Further BETA release information and integration dates will be released and communicated directly to all MiniSoft ARCS2G clients in due course.
